NOV 15 Lyst strågul. Tight og lukket duft, epler, lett mandeltone langt bak, mineraler, noe sitrus. Frisk syre, fruktig, avrundet, subtil samtidig som den er intens, noe bitter toner mot finish, lang om noe tight ved åpning. Noe mer sitrusrettet etter en halvtime. Noe mer floral og fruktig samt noe fyldigere med mer luft, lang og delikat finish. Kryper sakte men sikkert inn noen flere nyanser ettersom timene går, men ikke den helt store endringen. 92
