Fresh acidity, elegant mousse, refreshing, nuanced, delicate, perfectly balanced, superb, absolutely stunning, to drink this wine is an event in itself. It could just have been a bit longer for perfection. 96

This bottle gets closer to that with air but never a fully sexy bottle. Just a bit leaner, just a bit rougher. Following it over two hours there isn't a fault that I can detect at least, and the wine isn't bad, just a bit different. Is it the fruit forward bottles or these slightly more structured bottles that would age the furthest? Long finish. 90

AUG 18 Ruby. Blueberries, liquorice, light vanilla nose, sometimes floral and scented, sometimes more fruit driven as you dip the nose in the glass.
