Fresh acidity, silky, fruity rounded texture, elegant, lovely balance, nuanced, lively, sweet, almonds, marzipan and dates. Transparent, superb balance, refined, delicate just mind blowing. Long finish. One demijohn decanted in 2014 by Dirk Niepoort, and two bottles were filled. One of those bottles was opened during a blogger conference in Montreux, and a small glass cylinder were filled from that bottle. This cylinder was again opened in July 2016 and that is the tasting note you see over. What an experience. 96
