OCT 15 1000 bottles made. Towards lemon yellow. Apples, some wood, some grapefruits and blood orange nose. Fresh acidity, rounded, fresh, quite intense, almost creamy texture, some oranges and grapefruits again, seems fuller bodied than the 11,5 alcohol in it, harvested two weeks earlier than the regular Alvarinho. Malolactic fermentation is how this is done. 88
