2004 Masseto

NOV 09 Fantastic bright ruby colour. Massive nose of different jam and coffee. Fresh acidity, mocha, intense, massive ripe tannins, drinks well right now. Big more than charming, intence more than complex. 90

2001 Masseto

DEC 11 Ruby, ripe blueberries, leather, anise, touch of cherries and plums. Fresh acidity, ripe tannins, very elegant, beautiful balance, gorgeous length. 94

1995 Masseto

NOV 11 Deep ruby. Rich, big nose, tobacco, blackberries, jammy, chocolate nose, spicy. Rich palate, medium acidity, ripe tannins, big, juicy, spicy, jammy, sort of a blockbuster but also not. Not sure if I really like it, but not sure if I don’t like it either. 93
